Beneficiary
A person to whom distributions from the private foundation are to flow. The exact entitlement depends on the foundation declaration.
Beneficiaries are defined in the declaration either by name or by criteria. They have a statutory right to information (§ 30 PSG), but only an enforceable claim to distributions where the declaration grants it.
