Statutory right of beneficiaries to information on the fulfilment of the foundation purpose and to inspect key documents (§ 30 PSG).
The right covers inspection of the foundation declaration, financial statements and audit report. If information is refused, the commercial register court decides on application in non-contentious proceedings.
