Right of revocation
Right reserved by the founder in the declaration to revoke the private foundation as a whole. Only open to natural persons.
Revocation triggers the dissolution of the foundation (§ 34 PSG). It is strictly personal and cannot be exercised by heirs. Without a reservation in the foundation deed the right does not exist.
